A 50% deposit is due for your reservation at the time of booking. The remaining 50% must be paid in full 45 days prior to your check in date.

Changes can be made to your reservation if your reservation check in day is 60 days out or more.

Reservations may be cancelled by notifying the Manager in writing at least sixty (60) calendar days prior to your Check-In date (“Cancellation Period”).* In such instances, the full amount of your advance payment will be refunded less $250 cancellation fee. If you cancel a stay or a portion of a stay after the Cancellation Period, you will forfeit the full amount of the total booking charges.

This information is sent via email when your final payment is processed. Typically, we send you the details 45 days prior to your arrival to the email address we have on record.

We keep the check in process simple for our valued guests and keyless access codes gets you right into the property. You do not have to check in with an office.

Check-in is at 4pm CT and check out is at 10am CT. We apologize for the inconvenience but currently we are not able to accommodate an early check-in or a late check-out.

We just ask that you start a load of towels and any dirty dishes in the dishwasher (if possible). Please turn off the lights and reset the thermostat to 76 degrees. Then just lock the doors. Don't forget to double check the drawers and closets for your personal items.

Yes, Osyter Manor is in the Seacrest Neighborhood that has private deeded beach access. You can walk there or effortlessly catch a ride on the tram (like an oversized golf cart) to drop you off for the shortest possible walk.

Our vacation rental includes linens and towels, plus a start-up supply of paper and cleaning products. The housekeeping team will provide the proper number of linens and start-up products for the number of guests in your group. We have a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare and serve meals. First aid kits and fire extinguishers are available. Medicines such as ibuprofen are not provided. We suggest bringing personal items and groceries. The vacation rental will be equipped with a starter shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and body wash in each bathroom. Also, there will be 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom. The kitchens will have 1 roll of paper towels, a small dish washing soap, a dishwasher packet, and 1 garbage bag per trash can. Please note that you will be responsible for purchasing extra items such as paper products or cleaning supplies.

No, our home is stocked with bath towels and linens for the beds, but nothing to take out of the home. Please remember to bring any beach towels, pool towels or beach blankets to use during your stay.

Yes, two cars fit in the driveway and street parking is availabe around the home or on surrounding streets. All cars in the neighborhood must have a parking pass visible for neighborhood security to see.
